Community Care

ABBA Landscaping · Community Care

A little help.
A meaningful difference.

Through Community Care, ABBA Landscaping offers selected households a one-time, no-cost service for light yard maintenance or cleanup.

We are a for-profit landscaping company offering this support voluntarily with our own resources—not a nonprofit organization or a public assistance agency.

Our goal is to help one household each month, when our schedule, resources, and safe working conditions allow. This is a program goal, not a guaranteed number of projects.

Request help or recommend someone

Small projects. Practical support.

We consider light outdoor maintenance that can make a useful difference for a household that needs a little help.

  • Basic mowing and yard maintenance.
  • Light weeding and minor vegetation cleanup.
  • Leaf cleanup and limited yard debris removal.

How Community Care works

1. Tell us about the need

Request help for yourself or recommend someone with their permission. Share a brief description of the light yard work and the city where help is needed.

2. ABBA reviews the request

Selection is at ABBA’s discretion, based on need, location, scope, safety, and available resources. Submitting a request does not reserve a date.

3. We evaluate and estimate

For a selected request, we review the property and prepare an estimate describing the proposed work and its usual service value.

4. Both parties sign before work

ABBA and the property owner or authorized representative sign an agreement defining the scope, estimated service value, and amount payable by the recipient: $0. ABBA covers the approved work. No work begins before both parties sign.

5. We complete the agreed work

We perform only the approved scope. Any additional work requires a separate written agreement beforehand; there are no automatic extra charges or ongoing service commitments.

A request is not a service agreement

Contacting ABBA or submitting a request does not guarantee selection, a response, a property visit, or service.

ABBA may accept or decline a request based on the program criteria and available capacity. Submission alone does not create a service agreement or reserve a date.

If your project is selected, the signed agreement will define ABBA’s commitments and the work to be provided at no cost to you. Selection discretion applies before an agreement is made; it does not replace the commitments in a signed agreement.
