On-site estimates and appointments may be scheduled through our online booking system (which may be powered by third-party tools such as Amelia) or through other communication methods.

• Estimate appointments may be provided at no cost, unless otherwise stated in writing.
• After booking, you may receive automated confirmations and reminders by email and/or SMS.
• You may modify, reschedule, or cancel your appointment using the link provided in your confirmation message, when available.
• We may reschedule appointments due to weather, safety concerns, scheduling conflicts, emergencies, or other circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.
• Any times or durations shown are estimates and may change based on jobsite conditions and scope.

4. AI Assistant (Chat) – Important Notice

Our website may include an AI-powered assistant to help answer questions and assist with scheduling or service inquiries. The AI assistant is provided for convenience and general informational purposes only.

• AI responses are not professional, legal, financial, or contractual advice.
• Any pricing, timelines, or recommendations discussed through chat are not final quotes and may require human review.
• Do not submit sensitive information (e.g., Social Security numbers, government IDs, bank account numbers) through the chat.

5. Change Orders and Scope Adjustments

Landscaping projects may require changes due to site conditions, customer requests, material availability, or safety requirements. Any additional work outside the originally agreed scope may require a change order, which may be documented digitally and may require approval (including electronic signature) before proceeding.

ABBA follows applicable state and local regulations. We are licensed by the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) with a C-27 Landscaping Contractor license. CSLB License No.: 1095067.

10. Property Access, Safety, and Site Conditions

You agree to provide reasonable access to the property and a safe working environment. Unforeseen site conditions (e.g., underground utilities, irrigation line damage, unstable soil, pest issues, or hidden obstacles) may affect scope, pricing, or scheduling. We may pause work if safety concerns exist.

Website content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by ABBA or used with permission and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ABBA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid to ABBA for the specific service giving rise to the claim, if any.
